Private Penguin Encounter
 
Go behind the scenes with our biologist for your own Private Penguin Encounter to meet a penguin! During this 45-minute session, you'll start in front of the exhibit then the food prep kitchen, and then to the back of the exhibit while discussing penguin biology, conservation, training, enrichment and care with a penguin joining your group. The encounter includes a piece of Penguin Art and Aquarium Pyramid admission.

This reservation includes access to the Aquarium Pyramid and Private Penguin Encounter for 4 people - if you have a larger party, we will allow the purchase of up to 2 more people at a rate of $90 each, to do so, please stop by our Admissions counter at the Aquarium the day of your visit.

-Private encounters are available Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 2:00pm
-Guests are to meet our biologist next to the South Atlantic Penguin exhibit located inside of the Aquarium Pyramid

Public Penguin Encounter
 
Go behind the scenes with our biologist and meet a penguin! In this 45-minute session, you'll start in front of the exhibit then the food prep kitchen and to the back of the exhibit while discussing penguin biology, conservation, training, enrichment and care. You'll even witness a penguin creating a painting as part of the animal's enrichment activity.

This ticket includes admission to the Public Penguin Encounter for one person. Each Public Penguin Encounter has 10 tickets available with ticket sales closing 15 minutes prior to the event.

An Aquarium Pyramid ticket purchase is required.

Jelly Tour
 
In this 45 minute experience, tour the jelly gallery, behind the scenes of our moon jelly propagation and our new jelly lab with one of our Cnidarian biologists. Learn all about how fascinating and beautiful these animals are and the work required to care for and propagate them.

This ticket includes admission to the Jelly Tour for one person. Each Jelly Tour has 6 tickets available with ticket sales closing 15 minutes prior to the event.

Stingray Feeding
 
This immersive experience invites guests to explore the mesmerizing mangrove tank in the Aquarium Pyramid. Accompanied by a biologist, visitors will gain insights into the unique natural history of stingrays while having the chance to feed and interact with these fascinating creatures.

This ticket includes access to feed the Stingrays for one person. Each Stingray Feeding has 4 tickets available with ticket sales closing 15 minutes prior to the event.

This extraordinary experience offers guests the opportunity to witness the feeding and training of our sharks, as well as the chance to feed some of the largest fishes in the Caribbean tank.
